Please find listed below the terms and conditions related to our print work, artwork, design work and order system.

• Quotes and Orders are taken by telephone. You will always receive our best online prices.
• Payment Request - Upon placing an order by telephone we will send you a payment request by email.
• Payments - All print work is paid upfront by credit/debit card.
• Order Confirmed - When payment is received your order is comfirmed. Orders cannot be cancelled from this point as they will be added to our system and work commences straight away. An invoice will follow by post.
• Design Service - If you require us to design your artwork we will need you to supply the text content for the design.
• Design Imagery - You can supply us with any imagery/logos you wish to use. If you do not have imagery we can get images/photos from our stock library.
• Design Changes - Before we start design we will establish what you require from the design, a rough layout and colour sequence. This allows us to design the artwork to exactly what you have told us. Small changes are allowed. If you require a bespoke design service just ask.
• Approval 2 Print - Before your order is printed we will send you a copy of the artwork/design. At this stage it is very important you check the design spelling, contact information and imagery are all correct, we cannot be held responsible for mistakes (that go un-noticed) after you grant us 'Approval 2 Print'. Approval is granted by emailing us with your Approval to Proceed to print.
• Artwork - If you have your artwork already designed we request that you send it to us before we place the order. This is so that we can check that the artwork files(s) are compatible for print. We can not be held responsible if you proceed to print and the artwork is not up to standard specifications.
• Print Turn Around - There are different turn around times depending on the product you order from us. This ranges from 2 working days to 10 working days. Please contact us for the latest time scales.
